Barton Flats Camp Association is a network of camps in the San Bernardino National Forest (Near the city of Angelus Oaks and outside of Big Bear, CA). BFCA is a cooperative of 17 camps serving mostly youth. The cooperative operates 3 entities: 1. A water system. 2. Jenks Lake organized camp recreation area during summer months. 3. And best practices and professional development for each of it's member camps.
